Frequently Asked Questions

Can you assist me with filling out documents?

Since notaries are not attorneys, Florida law does not permit notaries to provide legal advice. However, if a client has a problem with penmanship, he or she may complete the form in writing and then the notary may type the information into the form. The notary must type the information as is and may not make any corrections. Notaries may not assist with bankruptcy and immigration forms.

Can you provide me with documents?

Florida law does permit notaries to sell certain forms. However, notaries may not make a recommendation as to what forms the client may need and may not provide any legal advice pertaining to any forms.

Can you provide me with documents?

Advanced appointments are not required, however, appointments allow us to provide personal attention to each client. If you have a need for immediate service, just contact us and we will determine if a member of our team can assist.

Can you notarize a photo?

Notaries are not permitted to notarize photos. However, a notary notarize a statement regarding a photo.
