Our remote online services allow clients to conveniently and securely complete notarizations from the comfort of their home, office, or even while on vacation.  You can complete the process from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet and audio/visual technology.

Our online platform allows witnesses to join the notarization process.  If a witness is required to complete the notarization, we can provide the witness, in the event clients are unable to secure one. 

Acceptable Devices 

Devices

To complete the notarization the signer and any required witness must have a device capable of connecting to the internet, such as a laptop, tablet, desktop, or smartphone.  The device must have a camera, microphone, and speaker.  The notary will use cameras to see and confirm the identities of the signer.  The signers must be able to hear and respond verbally to questions and required oaths.
